Our Process

The exterior envelope is the most important system on a house. You need to look at the big picture when working on the exterior of the house.  I can’t say it enough, it’s all the parts working together that make an exterior system work correctly.  We’ve seen a lack of ventilation cause good roofs to ice dam and leak. We’ve seen a missing roof tin cause water to flow behind the siding and rote out framing and cause windows to leak.  

All the parts of your exterior need to work together to get your home to perform to it’s maximum potential.  We don’t just come out and sell you what makes us the most money.  We need to take into consideration all the special concerns your home may have and what we can do to address all those concerns. Salesmen come out and measure your project and give you a price based out what there book tells them.

My first concern is why did the original products fail? What can I do to get my work to out perform and out last the previous work?  What’s the best way for me to provide a quality project at a fair price. We are not a cookie cutter company that does our little piece of the job and goes home.  We take pride in going the extra mile and doing it right the first time.  We are always doing extra work that is out side the original scope to be sure that your going to be satisfied with how our work performs.  99% of the time we do those extra’s at our cost.
